Messiah Christian Church is a community of people who confesses faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. It was founded in 1991 by pastor Bojidar Stojchev. In the beginning the church gathered in private homes and other places. Later the church rented some city auditoriums and facilities. In 1999 the church built and moved into it's own building. At the beginning of 2003 Lyubo Petkov became the Senior pastor of the church.
Messiah Church is registered under the Law of the Ecclesiastical Matters at Sofia City Court as a denomination called Messiah Christian Church.
