Lyubo Petkov has been the Senior pastor of Messiah Christian Church, Stara Zagora since 2003. Before coming to Messiah Church Lyubo and his wife ministered as Associate pastors at "Shalom" Christian Evangelical Church, Lovech. In 1995 pastor Lyubo got a bachelor degree in theology at Vision Bible Collage, Ramona, California. He also ministers as a national teacher at Institute for Christian Education and Teaching "Vision" for Bulgaria. He also graduated from "Haggai" Institute in Hawaii, USA in 2002. Pastor Tanya has a bachelor degree in Theology at "Vision" Bible College - Ramona, California. Pastor Lyubo and Tanya have had a blessed marriage since 1991 with two wonderful children: Solomon born in 1992 and Debora born in 1996.
It is important for people to find and get in their ministry. Lyubo and Tanya have in their hearts to see Christians walking in a victorious life. That is why they equip every member of the church to be what God has intended him to be. Their vision is to be like Christ according to 1 John 4:17, "As He is in this world so we are".
